My name is Bailey Seltmann, I grew up homeschooled on my family’s small certified organic farm. I learned the value of a good work ethic, responsibility, and how to care for the people, places, and things that are important to me. At nine years old, I started my first small business making handmade jewelry and children’s clothes. I quickly landed my first wholesale account at a small fudge shop.

My parents were in real estate and owned multiple small businesses while I was growing up. At some point I began going to work with them regularly, where I spent a lot of time in business and construction environments. Eventually I started doing finish work for some of their projects, anything from painting to cutting, installing, and finishing custom hardwood flooring.

When I was 15 I started working at my family’s Bed and Breakfast in Whitefish. I took on multiple roles including cleaner, server, cook, and barista. There, I oversaw daily operations and held responsibility for staff training, scheduling, customer experience, and quality control. I created menus, assisted with marketing initiatives, and helped organize community outreach focused on providing healthy food to local organizations and those in need.

Over the years, I have turned my early experience in cleaning and business into a local cleaning company focused on reliability and quality. I value building real, lasting trust and relationships with my clients and those that I work with.

Today I help my clients with anything from regular house cleaning to cleaning professional work spaces throughout the Flathead Valley. As a mom and business owner, I understand how valuable time is. My goal is to take one more thing off of your plate and leave you with a space that you feel comfortable, and cared for in.
